Winners of Our First Right Choice Award
1st Prize
Congratulations to Moab Regional Hospital, Moab, UT for winning first prize in our first annual Right Choice Award competition.
Moab Regional Hospital is a small hospital with a 14-bed nursing home attached. They were small enough that they did everything by hand, from cardex cards to diet cards to patient requests hand-written on their diet cards. As Moab Regional Hospital started experiencing a growth spurt, the need for change was apparent. By implementing DFM solutions, Moab was able to automate both the diet office and room service program, and set in place a point of sale system. A great benefit from these applications is how well they function with each other. With the automation of DFM solutions, patient satisfaction was increased and the diet office tasks and communication was streamlined. DFM's POS system has created many efficiencies, including making it possible to keep up with the grill orders during peak lunch-time hours.
2nd Prize
Our 2nd Prize goes to Trinity Health, Minot, ND. Trinity Health uses DFM's point of sale system to help them save money and hours from repetitive tasks, which helped them put more focus on the customers and production areas. They have had a huge increase in customer satisfaction. The use of the employee badge swiping has allowed quick and easy payment plans that offer better cash management and cash flow.
